Story

Founded by husband and wife team, Mike and Alyssa Angolia, Unspoken Distilling Co was born from a love of spirits, history and community. After meeting in college , Mike and Alyssa travelled the world, drinking spirits from various continents and falling in love with the community a fine liquor can create. Once moving back to NC to rediscover their roots, they saw an opportunity to unveil the rich history North Carolina has in the spirit making world.

Our purpose at Unspoken Distilling Co is to tell the untold stories of the spirits everyone loves, and to bring distilling out of the prohibition era and into the modern world. We can’t wait to have a drink with you soon in Charlotte’s first experience-focused distillery.
